The app was wonderful and easy to use, just like their website. But recently it keeps crashing and taking me to a different page then refresh it after i hit the back button also it won't show the "wallet friendly figures" page on the app even the 10th anniversary's giveaway page is showing correctly. This issue has been going on for so long that i have to keep using the website for most of the stuff. It will keep crashing and sent me to the different or the previous page if i change the fliter.
Continuis lag and returns to the previous screen when I try to move on. Items seem interesting to buy but I can't if the app doesn't even allow me to sign up. Please fix this.
The app is good for simple shopping, but there are some problems. Product photos do not load properly. If you actually click on an item and try to look at photos, it only shows the top half of the photos. Also, the app crashes a lot. Especially when I try to edit my wishlist.
I liked the app except now it constantly crashes making it pretty unusable. I also see from other people that I'm not the only one with this problem.
Love this store. The reward system is awesome and is one of the best if not the best store for shipping your item safely. Highly recommend TOM Update: Store no longer provides good deals and over charges for shipping. Rarely use them and the app keeps crashing.
App keeps crashing. When searching through a category, it reverts to previous ones. Can't even bother to look at stuff anymore.
The app is very nice, just that sometimes I fet kicked off the app for no reason. But other then that good app!
Crashes a lot. Cant pick a category because it freaks out.
It's now February 1st, 2022 and the app is still crashing. Thought it might stop after my phone updated to Android 12, but nope, still crashes. They need to fix their app.
